Before starting his independent practice, he served as full-time Company Secretary of Keltron Component Complex Limited and Kerala Livestock Development Board Limited. Over the years, he has supported various Government, public sector and private companies as Company Secretary, advisor and Compliance Manager.

Mary Misha Manuel is a Practicing Company Secretary with more than 15 years of focused experience in corporate law, governance and complex transaction advisory. She works with companies, startups and business entities on structuring and executing transactions while maintaining strong compliance and governance standards.
She has played a key role in advising on mergers, demergers, amalgamations and acquisitions, including due diligence, scheme drafting, NCLT-related processes and post-transaction compliances. Misha also advises on FEMA and cross-border investment matters such as FDI, ODI, ECB and related RBI filings.
